Contributions
Columbia County Habitat has ambitious plans to maintain growth. You may be able to assist us with our efforts in a variety of ways in addition to volunteering time.
For example, we need sites to build future homes. If you have or are familiar with a piece of property that you think might be suitable, please give us a call to discuss it.
You might also want to host an "I have a hammer party". Invite your friends...ask for a person to speak about Columbia County Habitat. This will allow you to share your passion and inspire others to support our Habitat too. Call us for ideas.
Additionally, if you have building materials or tools that might be useful in our build, please give us a call. The kitchens in both of last year's build houses were recycled! If we can't use the material/tools, we might be able to sell them in our soon to open ReStore--a retail outlet offering discounted prices on new/recycled building materials that have been contributed to Habitat.
